Nobody wants to buy "old" Plat Books just because you were forced to publish too many to begin with and have leftovers to sell. We have a "print on demand" program that allows you to publish the right amount of books initially, and then reorder from us as you need them - at the same low price!

And, since you won't have excess inventory at any time, you get to decide when you want to publish new and updated Plat Books and Maps. It really is the best possible scenario - manage your budget and satisfy your customers at the same time!

If your County maintains a GIS system for managing their parcels, we have an even better option. You can contract with us for regularly scheduled updates which will always provide your customers the most current, accurate Plat Books and Maps possible.

Additional Revenue - Wall Plat Maps and Digital Versions
Lastly, don't forget to consider including Wall Plat Maps or digital versions as part of your offering. A Wall Map gives a view of the entire county for those users that need or want to have that option of not flipping through individual Township Map pages in a Plat Book. Our Wall Maps are in full color on poster paper and are very reasonably priced making them attractive to the many different customers. Our digital versions, known as e*Books and e*Maps are pdf files of our printed product for those who want to use their computer to access the same information found in our Plat Books and Wall Plat Maps.
